The Betalife plan is easy, and it is flexible too. So if you want pizza with friends on the weekend, you can do it!

Eating the Betalife way is really simple... just follow the Action Steps that you find in the Program to guide your food choices. This makes it easy to customise the Program to your own preferences.

The first big surprise is how much food you will get to eat. You will rediscover that eating can be fun, just like it used to be before you put on the weight. In fact, being able to eat normally (for the rest of your life) is one of the things people love most about the program.

You can still eat all your favourite foods, so forget having to starve or skip dinners with friends. The occasional drink is never a problem either.

WEEK 1

Your first step is to break all the negative patterns holding you back. This will create a fresh slate from where to start. Powerful motivation techniques are used to make sure you succeed.

You probably have to change your metabolism, which would be sluggish after years of dieting. Forget being told your metabolism is fixed and slows with age, you will find out how to actually speed metabolism.

It is critical that you take this first step, and we show you how.
