I know the comp is closed. I'm not sure if it was a blog or a forum post but my recommendation for a winner is Kellie for her explanation on how to post a photo to a blog.

I know Renee put instructions up, but until Kellie put the step by step guide up I couldn't work it out.

Col - my goal is long term health not just weightloss.
