Do you use fitness DVDs to exercise at home?

Betalife's picture

Fitness DVDs are a great tool for exercising. The only people you need to feel intimidated in front of are your family members, you can workout at any time of the day, there are no security issues, no elements to deal with, and you are free to change your workout according to your mood.

Whether it’s time for some blood pumping aerobic workouts, body/mind balancing exercises like yoga, or a great excuse to release some frustrations with a boxercise class, you will always have access to your perfect workout.

So do you enjoy working out to fitness DVDs? What are your favourites?

Yes, definately for the lazy days. My fave is JILLIAN MICHELS- A kickboxing one. (She's the american female trainer from biggest loser)....It's a quick workout, that doesn't require a lot of room.

The other one is Cardio Burn Biggest Loser Australia, but dont do this one as much as it is a longer workout, and don't often have the time.

I also use the WII fit occassionally to jog or use the step etc...

I have been thinking of going out and buying some as i am having trouble finding time to go for a walk and still want to do some excercise.

Yes I like to use a DVD once in a while, although lately I've been more into running, riding or gym so haven't had a chance Smiling

I have plenty of Crunch fitness dvds in Pilates, Dance, Boot Camp style etc I really enjoy those ones. I also have other ones at home but generally use the crunch ones first.

I am afraid that is not my thing. I much prefer to walk but may get around to something like that in the future.
