Banana pancakes

Don't you just like weekends! As much as I love my job, I also love not working. Smiling It is such a nice feeling knowing you can wake up without the pressure of having to go anywhere. I decided to make some pancakes this morning after hearing Diana say she had them the other day. I had been dreaming about them ever since! They were the banana pancakes, hmmm, oh so good.

I made the Apple-Misu the other night too and it was absolutely beautiful! A really good, healthy dessert.

I am off now to take a nice long walk. The weather is OK so hopefully I can get a bit of sun and a lot of exercise. I have found a big set of stairs that is adding a really good workout to the walk, so will go up and down them a few times. Its nice to get the heart pumping!

Then I think dinner is going to be some BBQ chicken and tabouli.

It is nice to get the heart pumping isn't it! I was running late for an appointment the other day and did a very fast walk up (or slow run!) a very big hill - definitely a good cardio workout!

I love BBQ chicken and tabouli too, it's such an enjoyable meal.

I hope you have enjoyed the rest of your weekend. They go so fast don't they. But before you know it, it will be Friday again anyway! Smiling

Glad I can influence you some way Smiling lol. They sound awesome (my ones were not of the healthy kind!). And I agree Applemisu is awesome. You sound like you're on the right track. Keep it up Smiling
