So So stupid!

Ok, so I know I should not beat myself up but I am frustrated that I could do so well then completly undo all my hard work.

Last Monday I weighed in at 84.6kg. For 4 days I was eating nothing but fresh fruit and veggies and weighed myself and was down to about 82kg. Then I had a mental breakdown of sorts and ate junk and am now back to 84.7kg.

So all up I am now 100g heavier! I should have been happy, I was supposed to stick to my diet and do really well but I was just too stressed to cope.

I have made a firm decision though that I am not putting to much ephasis on weight loss for a few weeks. I will just eat right, make sure I eat my morning and afternoon tea which I was not doing last week and think that was half my problem- I was always hungry. I need to have my mind on track and its just not there so I know if I think to much about dieting then at the moment I will fail

I will get there, Its just not going to happen overnight. I need to accept that.
