I am sooo happy, I ran in to an old boyfriend today at the train station and he was said I was looking great and asked if I lost weight!! I mean, I hope it wasn't a way of saying I looked fat before, but still, it felt good!

The best part is that I changed this morning, I was wearing something I didn't feel good in and I know Renee always says you should walk out the door feeling good and I did that and voila! I was very relieved.

Going to have steak and rocket salad for dinner - yum. Hope everyone else has a good night. I'm going to go relish in my happiness - haha.
