what a shock

well arter being diagnosed with this empsmous bullae i went into a bit of a depression and just ate anything i wanted and weighed myself and measured last week and wow put back on all i had lost plus some so now the hard work begnins again  also this winter i had pnomnia so i was really sick so now i am back to a bit of walking after that still can only walk slow and get puffed out pretty quick thats the emphesma the bullae is 10 cm in size apperanly the size of a grapfruit i also have to not over exert as it can rupture i have seen the speclist and there not going to operate so here i am now with emphesyma a big ballon in my lung and 44% lung capicity of a normal person so its a bit like trying to walk about and do things with a pillow pushed over youre face all because of smoking if i could change one thing in my life that would be it thats the only thing i regret doing but any weigh in day tomorrow and keeping my fingers crossed

Sounds like you have had a rough time and deserve a break. Take things slow and that weight will soon fall off, even if you cant exercise there should be no reason why you cant eat healthy and reduce your portion sizes- basically following the betalife principles. If you have not already done so, read the getting started guide, this will help you get back into the swing of things.
I know what its like to have to deal with medical issues and weight loss (although not to your extent). My surgery is in just over 2 weeks and am not able to overdo it or could end up back in hospital (was in hospital a couple of weeks ago)
Just take it slow, and remember we are all here for you
