New weekly goals

Another week, another lot of visitors. I don’t know what it is about me that makes me attract so many! Its lovely but always exhausted, so I am ready for a very quiet night and Sunday. Sheets and towels in the wash, so I’m just about sorted.

So sorry I didn’t get to share my new weekly goals. Thought at this stage I should look to the new week, so they are:
1. Keep doing my stretches through the day
2. Get back to taking my night off during the week (this week I was too busy with the guests)
3. Stick to the 2 coffees a day with more green tea
4. I also want to cut out bread for a week to see how I feel. Don’t know if I will do it, but hopefully by listing it here it will make me do it! Will start on Sunday.

I have loved reading through everyone’s blogs, been great. I have snuck on a few times during the week but didn’t have a chance to write. It has also been interesting to see a non-betalifers point of view of dieting during the week when I had my guests. Makes me remember how lucky I am! I just couldn’t stand having to think about calories or points. It just seems like such a pointless exercise.

Are you finding that you are sticking to your goals more when you write them down here? I hope so! It can be a great incentive, both because you actually have them written down and also because it is a public declaration of your intentions.

Let us know if you need any creative ways to avoid that bread this week! It might seem hard at first but you will find lots of alternatives. And it will be interesting to hear about how you feel and how it affects your weight loss.

Why is bread such a weakness for us all? Strange! I am trying to not eat too much of it too, as I really think it affects my weight loss for the week. Good luck with your goals for this week!
