Spaghetti Bolognese

Well my computer problems weren’t over, but am happy to say the problem has been sorted out and I am all good. Made the spaghetti Bolognese from the website last night and just had some leftovers today – gosh it was delicious. Felt like something sweet after though and didn’t have any more healthy biscuits so popped out and got a dark chocolate Lindt ball. Definitely hit the spot!

I have been really good with all of my short term goals since I have been writing them down, but found when I haven’t written them here I don’t seem to even remember what they were let or lone follow them! So here they are for the rest of the week:
1. Do betalife 10 minute stretches every night.
2. Walk for half an hour in the mornings. Only possible if I organise myself at night!
3. Write down my affirmations and take a couple of minutes to repeat them every night.
