Am happy at the moment as I am sitting in a clean and organised home, dinner is on the stove ready to turn on, all my washing is done and hanging up/folded away.

Decided this morning when I woke that I was going to get everything done so after breakfast the CD player was on and I got stuck into it. Eventually the house was spotless so I had my shower and sat down and had a coffee before going to the doctors to see about Erics throat.

The doctor had a look and said that yes there is some swelling in his throat but its nothing seriouse, will just be a bit sore for a few days but will be fine. But in saying that I need to keep an eye out just in case it does get worse and develop into tonsilitus.

So once we got home I put him down for a nap and got stuck into the organisation part of my day. OMG you should see my desk! its not just clean and tidy, its organised! The only thing on the top is my laptop and mouse, everything else is either on the shelving/in draws or now in the bin. It is ready for study.

I made sure it was all organised as I am expecting my first lot of assignments for 'Cert 4 Financial Services- Bookkeeping'. I think I mentioned a few weeks back that I am doing the course and have been waiting to start. Yesterday I was told they had posted the package so am just waiting for it to arrive in the post.

Am having an easy dinner tonight, picked up a cooked chook while out today so will re-heat that and have with steamed veggies and Eric will have mashed- i hope he eats that! Has been fussy with food the last few days.

So for the rest of the afternoon/Evening I will be relaxing in this awfull heat, there appears to be a storm building so hopefully it will cool it down, preferably without the damage though. I was hoping to start studying but will veg out instead.
