Had such a long talk today with a collegue about weight loss, gosh its interesting hearing everyone's stories. It also inspires me to keep going with my goals as a I know how hard it is to struggle. It is just such a shame to hear others doing such crazy things to try and lose weight, makes me grateful again to be here!
