Have been feeling great the past few months as i was eating so much fresh fruit and veggies, this past week as everything was out of rutine i did not eat as good as i have been as so the last 2 days i have had gastro and stomach cramping and no enery- coincidence? healthy eating really does do wonders for your body

I am now cooking my vegies for only a few moments- long enough to warm them but not long enough to take away the crispyness. My aim is to decrease the cooking time and eat the vegies raw- i am improving as i used to cook it to the point where foods like broccoli and cauliflower basically fell apart. they definatly taste better when only cooked for a few moments

I am not having any trouble eating raw.
I generally have a Brocana Slushy for breakfast.
I have been then having strawberries for morning tea, salad with some vegs (capsicum, carrot, beans, snow peas, cauli) for lunch and then meat or fish or chicken with veg for tea. I enjoy the clean feeling in my body. You really are not weighed down with the feeling of deep fried food.

I am still eating plenty of raw and when I don't I feel sick from the wrong kind of food I have been eating.

YoYo Weight

My weight has been on a YoYo. I go down, maintain, go up and it starts all over again. If I don't walk for a few days (the only time I don't is when I have had the flu) it goes up or stays the same. Basically I am currently a couple of kilos lighter for the year. I suppose that is a plus. I just don't feel that it is enough. I feel like enough is enough. I have had it and it must go. So, I will have a new strategy tomorrow (1 September) and see how that works for me. Next week I will have some good news in the weight area. (Keep positive and it will happen!).

It will happen!!

I've been having a few cooked foods lately but plenty of raw fruit and salad vege's. I used to grow my own and loved the flavour but ever since I got pregnant last time it's all gone to weeds. Don't think I'll get it back up and running as we have a great greengrocer here.

I've been drooling over getting some butter lettuce lately. The flavour is so delicate. Going fruit n veg shopping today Smiling

I am still into the vegies and am going to keep having more and different ones as well.
