I'm usually hungry again by like 9:30 after having breakfast it around 7:30 but I know i get a break around then. Would work object (or notice?) If you had a little packet of nuts or raisins in your pocket and just sneak a mouthful when its quiet and your tummy rumbles?? Otherwise try having the lemon water as soon as you wake and then at "breakfast time" eating a big plate of fruit. If you are like Troy and roll out of bed with enough time to get dressed and leave then you might need to set the alarm 20 minutes earlier. Smiling

Does the lemon & hot water + an apple really fill up until morning break?

I get to 1/2 hour breaks at work so if I make sure I have enough time to eat before I leave for work in the morning I should be able to haven morning tea on my first break & lunch for my second.

Sometimes I don't get to eat anything until around 12:30 Sad

Goal

Hey, just getting it "on paper" but we will probably have Troy's 30th in January and I'd like to have lost 15kg by then cos we want to have a dress up party. Im going to be doing turbo jam again too. Did I ever tell you how it should be done for maximum results? I've created like a 14 day workout which last time I did it I lost like 5.5kg in 2 weeks... fingers crossed aye.. I really want to drop a bit in this next two weeks to get me to a new low.. I'm at that point where there is a number the scales just wont go below.. you know that? Where you feel like your body just doesnt want to drop it... but im changing things and hopefully i'll bust through it, i've got Keryn's wedding in 3 weeks so I'd like to have made good progress by then cos she is such a cow that it's my goal to look better than her... I know thats not hard but still it's good to aim to be healthy for 3 weeks.

yep mostly. I always take the sme food to work cos I know its good for me and helps me get ready quickly. On sunday I make a massive quiche with all my favourite veges in it and cut it into 6 so I've got enough for the whole week at work. Morning tea I take 100g natural yoghurt and 10g LSA meal with an apple or banana, afternoon tea I get a bit creative and either take popcorn, ryvita or rice cakes with marmite, or biscuits if i've made them. Breakfast I have fresh lemon squeezed in hot water and an apple. Dinner I have what I want pretty much but try to make it a healthy choice. Having the same thing every day makes shopping easier too.

Do you plan your meals in advance so you know what groceries to buy come shopping day?

Yep, I love the fruit crumbe recipe, I use berries rather than pear though and also chuck in dried fruit and canned peaches etc... really yummy and can be dessert or breakfast with some natural yoghurt!

Can't wait to try fruit and nut truffles

I've got that easy quiche recipe too thats great. I make it with lots of veges and always lose weight when I have it as my lunch! It's not betalife but it fits with their "beliefs"

Oat cookies, which I add sultanas and apricots to. I love having these for afternoon tea and make it so I can have two or three small ones rather than one big one.

Also the banana bran muffins, sometimes I make blueberry or add other things I like in muffins.

I hope so, cause I feel like a complete noob at the moment. I need to make up a shopping list for payday so I don't end up just buying pies & fish fillets -.-
